Where do I fly into?

You have two options.

OPTION 1: If you are party of the Wedding Party, you must arrive no later than the afternoon of April 21, 2027 at the Miami International Airport if you want to travel with the Wedding Caravan to Key West. When you arrive at the Miami Airport you will be greeted and picked up by the Wedding Party Members and travel by vehicle from Miami to Key West, taking in the sites and discussing the wedding events as part of the journey. It is very important that you plan your trip and communicate your arrival times, because this will ensure that the Wedding Party Caravan picks you up and you leave in time to arrive in Key West by early evening for the "Meet and Greet" and happy hour social.

Guest that are not part of the Wedding Party, that do want to travel with the Wedding Party, may fly in on April 21, 2027 to Miami, Florida and travel with the Wedding Caravan, but they must communicate their travel plans before hand. Alternatively, Guest or Wedding Party Members may fly directly into Key West, Florida, but it is important they provide advance notice so that the transportation is not assumed for their arrival.

If the Guest or Wedding Party Member flies directly into Key West, Florida, they are responsible for arranging their transport from the Key West Airport to the lodging they have arranged, or in case of the Wedding Party, await the arrival of the Wedding Party Caravan for yacht access.

Most importantly, the key to a seamless and stress free execution is communication, Wedding Party Members and Guest must provided details about their intended arrival as part of the RSVP invitation reply. This is important for seating, transportation, entertainment and dining arrangements.

OPTION 2: A more simpler option, and one that favors people who want to travel and rest immediately is to fly direct into Key West, Florida via the Key West International Airport, located in the City of Key West in Monroe County. The airport places you two miles east of the main commercial center of Key West and at the epicenter of the city.

If a Wedding Party Member or Guest chooses to fly directly into Key West it is important they communicate their intentions when replying to the RSVP.

Do I have to arrive on April 21, 2027, or can I just come for the ceremony?

Yes and No. If you are part of the Wedding Party, you must be in Key West on April 21, 2027. Wedding Party Members have to participate in the practice ceremony and have the Recital Dinner to attend. Guest to the wedding may choose to arrive on April 21, 2027 to meet the Wedding Party and join in the "Meet and Greet", then enjoy some relaxation time until the wedding ceremony, but they are not obligated to be there until the Ceremony itself.

There are some events planned prior to the wedding that are centered on social interaction so it is recommended Guest arrive early (at least one-day prior), but Guest may arrive the day of the wedding. If you choose to arrive the day of the wedding please stop and think about the possibility of flight delays and TSA shutdowns (ohhh nooo)!!!! Our advice is to plan wisely.

Where does the Wedding Party and Guest Stay?

The immediate Wedding Party will be lodged expense free on a Yacht of the coastline of the Keys or docked at the local Key's harbor. The yacht will accommodate up to ten (10) rooms with enough bathrooms to go around. Wedding Party members with children will have to be mindful of boat safety and their children while on the Yacht.

Guest will be offered a reduced group rate at a local Key West Resort. The details related to the Guest lodging will be released and offered upon RSVP reply and Wedding Invitation packets.

As a Wedding Party Member or Guest, what do I have to and don't have to pay for?

All Guests and Wedding Party Members are not responsible for any of the ceremonial costs and events related to the ceremony. But they are all responsible for their travel to the event. Wedding Party Members are not responsible for their lodging, but Guest are responsible for booking and securing lodging. As part of the Wedding Planning, "Group Rates" will be established at selected resorts to mitigate the lodging costs for Guest to the event.

Do I have to bring a gift for the Wedding?

No, you do not have to bring a gift, there is a registry set up for the Couple that is located within this site. You are not obligated to buy a gift, but do you want to be remembered as the guest who didn't?

Are there events planned for the Guests and Wedding Party?

Of course. On day one there is a Social Happy Hour, planned dive and/or snorkeling excursion off the coast, and night out in Key West. So, don't forget your swimsuit and "pimp walk", there will be plenty to do.
